Process of candidate selection

Candidate selection goes through a review of the CV, Screening of the Educational qualificcation, Skillset matching, Technical screening, Personal Screening and Customer interview as applicable.

Interviews or Screening can be direct or online, depending on the need of the requirement and convenience.

Passing through one or more or all steps of the selection process doesn't confirm the selection of the candidate. The candidate will not have any claim in this regard irresptive of whether he/she receive any further communication from the company following a screening step.

Process of Appointment

If the company wish to absorb the candidate following a successful selection pass through, company will send an offer letter to the candidate seeking his/her willingness to join our roles.

Candidate is free to Accept / Reject / Seek further clarification of the terms and conditions in the offer letter. It is mandatory that all the communiction regarding the same should be in writing or through email. Company will not entertain any claims from the candidate quoting any oral comminication / clarification regarding the terms and conditions of the offer letter in future

Accepting an offer letter in writing doesn't mean that the candidate is absorbed into the company role unless otherwise he report on duty as demanded in the offer letter or deamded through a further communiction from the company following the acceptance of the offer acceptance.

Accepting an offer and joining the duty confirms the candidate's readyness to follow the rules and regulations of the company and the candidate will be binding to such terms and conditions and other service rules as pervailing in the company time to time without entering into any seperate agreement between the company and the individual candidate during his/her service period.

A seperate appointment order will be delivered to the candidate after confirming his/her first day attendance and thereby confirming the completion of the selection process.

Service Rules

Read the service rules from the angle of an employee of this firm.
A.
a) Your engagement at iTDeveloper Zone is full time and you shall not secure any other employment or engagement in any commercial business on your own account or as an agent for others without the written consent from us.

b) You are required to treat all information and official correspondence as confidential. You shall not at any time or times, without the written consent of the company disclose, divulge or make public by word of mouth or otherwise, details of job assignments, technical knowhow, customer information, security arrangements, accounts or any other dealings of the company known to you in the courses of your service or otherwise.

c) You are liable to work at firm’s own development premise or at customer site as decided by the firm as appropriate.

d) You shall work under the supervision of such officers as may be decided by the firm time to time. You shall diligently and faithfully carry out instructions given to you to the best of your power, skill and ability in the best interests of iTDeveloper Zone

e) You shall keep the company informed of any changes in your residential address, Email address, contact phone numbers and civil status in writing.

f) You shall be responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all the firm’s properties, which may be in your use, custody or charge.

g) You shall abide by the rules and regulations of iTDeveloper Zone which are in force and / or which may be framed from time to time.

h) Normal working hours will be 8 Hrs per day excluding lunch and tea breaks. Second Saturday and all Sundays will be regular Holidays. However, you are supposed to deliver extra hours or report on duty on these holidays if situation demands. In such case, such extra working days/hours can be compensated in the same month by taking compensatory off in discussion with your reporting person and subject to his/her approval.

i) You will be entitled for one casual leave per month.

j) In case you wish to resign from the service of the company, you are to give a notice of 60 days in advance or compensation in lieu of notice as decided by the firm.

k) The firm can terminate your service immediately without any notice in the event of situation described in section (A.l) or otherwise with a notice of 30 days in advance.

l) If at any time in the opinion of the firm, which shall be final, your performance is found to be below acceptable / satisfactory levels / rejection or complaints from the customers or you become insolvent or are found guilty of dishonesty, disobedience, misappropriation, theft, fraud, disorderly, behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without prior permission or of any conduct considered by the firm as detrimental to its interests or of violation of one or more terms of this appointment, your service may be terminated immediately without advance notice and the incident will be reported before the appropriate legal authorities for further proceedings if the situation demands so.

m) You are required to maintain yourself in a state of physical and mental fitness to perform the duties assigned by the firm.

n) At the time of joining, you are requested to produce originals and copy of i) your highest academic certificate ii) relieving letter from the previous employer OR your resignation letter to the previous employer iii) Salary Certificate OR copy of bank statement as proof of last drawn salary iv) First page of the Bank passbook OR cancelled cheque leaf v) Original ADHAR card vi) Original PAN Card and vii) Signed copy of the offer letter that you received. All copies should be self-attested.

o) By accepting our offer, you agree to work with us for a minimum period of 12 months unless otherwise section (A.l) is envoked.

p) Terms of cancellation of this offer: In case you do not accept the offer via return mail within a stipulated time period OR do not join duty within time as reqested, our offer will stand cancelled.

Dress Code

In general, the dress code for employees is business casual. There is no gender descrimination on cloathing. However, sales and marketing staff that have direct contact with the company's clients should follow a dress code of business professional during client visits and meetings.

All clothing should be clean, ironed and in good shape. Refrain from wearing clothes that have tears, rips or holes, even if it is the current fashion.

All employees should maintain an acceptable level of bodily hygiene to ensure that interactions with other staff and clients remain positive and pleasant.

Work clothes should be professional, which means that they should not be too revealing or casual.

Workplace behavior

Company is keen to safeguard the dignity and safty of each employee in every workplace wether it is own premise or customer premise. Therefore, it is advised to follow the below directions strictly to avoid attracting penal actions without fail

Follow company policies: Employees should read and follow the service rules and company's policies under various sections.

Be responsible: Be reliable and punctual and responsible to your deeds whatever it be in the workplace.

Be respectful: Treat others with courtesy and respect, and treat all colleagues equally.

Be friendly and collaborative: Employees should not disrupt the workplace or hinder their colleagues from being delivering their designated duties.

Demonstrate a professional attitude: Cooperate with others to achieve objectives, manage performance fairly, and give and receive constructive feedback.

Don't bully or harass: Employees should not bully, harass, victimize, or behave aggressively towards another employee or other people in the workplace.

Avoid office politics: Avoid gossip and politics.

Travel and Expenses Policy

It is the sole responsibility of the employee to travel to the work place from his/her place of halt on regular basis and present themselves good looking and with enthusiasm at the work place.

There is no special offerings regarding travel, accommodation or other expenses unless otherwise mentioned explicitely in the offert letter

Policy on company assets

During the employment, company may assign its assets like vehicle, computer, laptop, mobile, ID card etc for the use of the employee. In such cases employeewise inventory of the assets will be maintained by the company.

Upon termination of employment, contract, or agreement, all (Company) assets must be returned to (Company) in good shape and condition failure of which may attract recovery action of equivalent cost of the dameaged / missing asset(s)

Components of compensation

Upon termination of employment, contract, or agreement, employee may be liable for compensating the following damages. Actual liabity will be the total of one or more or all of the following components as identified

a) Compensation in lieu of notice period:
An amount equivalent to the number of days of early exit compared to the applicable notice period calucluated on monthly CTC figure

b) Damaged / Missing assets of the company:
An amount equivalent to the depreciated value of the asset or the minimum value of the asset whichever is higher

c) Damaged / Missing assets of the customer:
This is to recover if there is any loss to the customer due to the mishandling of assets under usage of the emoployee while working at customer place. Compensation amount will be equivalent to the depreciated value of the asset or the minimum value of the asset whichever is higher

d) Damage to the good will of the company:
This damage is identified and recovered when an employee goes agasint the service rules and attempt to damage the business reputation or good will of the company or deliberately make disparaging comments against the company to tarnish the good will or reputation of the company before others. The exact recoverable amonut of damage, not exceeding INR 10,00,000/- (INR 10 Lakh), will be decided by the company time to time and depending on individual incident

Comapany's right to change policies

Irrevocable and unquestionable right lies with the company to amend / add / remove terms and conditions and policies time to time as far as it doesn't violate the law of the land
